Frequently Asked Questions

For Attendees:

  • Yes! Admission is free with tickets booked through Eventbrite prior to the start of the event. Tickets will be available at the door for a fee. Get your ticket here!

  • Valet parking is available at Hotel Indigo, but the best option is The Waterfront Parking Center - Less than two blocks away from Hotel Indigo.

  • Yes! Samples will be provided by our participating catering, dessert, and drink vendors. There will also be a cash bar available.  Don’t forget to check out The Witness Tree, the elegant bar (with great bites) upstairs at Hotel Indigo.

  • Yes. Hotel Indigo is ADA accessible with an elevator onsite as well.

For Vendors:

  • You can inquire about becoming a vendor through our inquiry form. We will let you know if there is availability in your category, and if there is, we will send you a registration contract and information.

    • 10' x 10' space OR 5’ x 10” Booth - w/ pipe & drape

    • One table + white linen

    • Social Media Posts to share

    • 2 tickets to vendor networking cocktail party on November 7th

    • Content Package after the show

    • Optional Social Media Vendor Exposure: Vendor must provide a reel and content for The Collective to proceed with social media

  • We are limiting participation in each category to maximize your exposure.  Numbers vary between categories, but we are happy to share those when you inquire!

  • You will be provided parking instructions for load in/load out two weeks before the show.  Valet parking is available, but the best option is in the The Waterfront Parking Center across the street.

  • Load-in/load-out times will be assigned.  We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.  Most load-in times will occur between 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM on Friday, November 7, 2025, and load out will occur between 5 PM & 6:30 PM on Saturday, November 8th, 2025.  Note, there is limited availability for load-in on Saturday between 11 AM and Noon.

  • Yes. These are complimentary, however you must reserve them with your registration.

  • In general, we do not allow product sales. Contact us for any questions.

  • Vendor fees are nonrefundable.  If you cannot attend the show, it may be possible to transfer your registration to a future event but that is not guaranteed.
